ANIPRAZOL 50/500 mg for Dogs and Cats  1 tablet 

Composition:

Fenbendazole, 500 mg/tablet

Praziquantel, 50 mg/tablet

Indications:

For the treatment of mixed infestations with round- and tapeworms of dogs and cats caused by:

– Ascarids: Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina.

– Hookworms: Uncinaria stenocephala, Ancylostoma caninum.

– Whipworms: Trichuris vulpis.

– Tapeworms: Echinococcus granulosus, Echinococcus multilocularis, Dipylidium caninum, Taenia spp., Multiceps multiceps, Mesocestoides spp.

Dosage:

Oral use.

The dosage is 5 mg praziquantel and 50 mg fenbendazole per kg body weight. One tablet contains the dose for 10 kg body weight. This leads to the following dose recommendation:

– Up to 10 kg b.w.: 1 tablet.

– >10 to 20 kg b.w.: 2 tablets.

– >20 to 30 kg b.w.: 3 tablets.

For a single treatment a triple application of ANIPRAZOL KH (once daily) on 3 consecutive days is necessary.

Cats receive, in accordance with their body weight, usually ½ tablet per animal.

Contraindications

Do not use in pregnant bitches until day 39.

Do not use in pregnant cats.

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the active substances.

The treatment of newborn puppies with ANIPRAZOL KH is only recommended after the 3rd week of

life and after confirmed diagnosis of a mixed worm infestation.
